I have been working in the area of Business Management for approximately 30 years and have extensive experience in all facets of logistics; specializing in customer service, executive recruitment, human resources, transport & inventory management distribution systems, including web based and fully integrated solutions.
In the past 5 years, I have been responsible as Chief Executive Officer for the Central Logistics Group, with full control over financial administration, accounting, sales, operations, staffing, customer service and commercial management.
I believe that the logistics and service industries, and particularly the staff involved in the sector, are the backbone of the national economy and an area of vital importance in every organisation. With the advent of fully integrated computerisation, ‘real time’ expectations and seamless service throughout the entire supply chain, logistics is without a doubt crucial to the success of modern business today.
My life goal, throughout my career, has been and always will be to consistently improve my own professional and personal position in life, increase my knowledge and understanding of business management and to translate that into the growth and development of the industry and those employed within it.
